I generally don't do reviews, but given I relied on the google reviews in the first place to get a quote from Rob, it is appropriate to post one for other people who may be looking for a roof restoration. I was impressed with Rob from the beginning, he arrived on time to give the quote, was knowledgeable and had good suggestions about colour etc. The whole job from start to finish was less than 2 days, and the guys did a fantastic job, they were really professional, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I am more than happy with how it has turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Coastal.

He didn’t make a mess so I can verify that he is a very tidy worker. I deal with a lot of contractors in my role as a body corporate manager and Rob was definitely one of the easiest and most reliable to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob.

We had him do the complete job. He showed up when he said he would & job was completed on time. I found him easy to deal with, good communication & place was spotless clean when finished. And the roof looks great. What more could you ask.

Rob came and gave us a quote, we agreed on a price, and were told there was a couple of weeks waiting time and we were fine with that.
The thing is THREE WEEKS LATER, half an hour before the job was supposed to start, we got an SMS saying they weren't coming and to find another roof guy! That means three weeks waiting for NOTHING and the Solar Panels we are waiting to install also get pushed back! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had a couple of unforeseen issues with our particular tile, gutter & gable combination which needed extra painting by hand and Rob did this without complaint. The quote was 18 months old by the time we got around to acting on it but he still did the job at that price. Happy Customer. Thanks Rob!
